One of the unique features of Sueño Azul is a spacious yoga studio with views of the surrounding forest and lake. Its hardwood floors and full range of yoga props makes it ideally suited for retreats and workshops. It can also be used for any other disciplines that require a large, comfortable and open space.

We are currently the destination in Costa Rica for the Omega Institute of Holistic studies winter program. Please visit eomega.org for more information about their exciting programs.
